Value: $150 Yoga private sessions will concentrate on your specific needs and inclinations, and be guided by where you are in your practice from beginner level to anywhere beyond. We’ll take into account your interests, goals and any current physical issues you’d like to share. We will talk about some of these items in an initial phone consultation, as well as decide on a date and location, whether it be in your home or yard, a park or other nearby setting. Yoga privates will be interactive throughout and run about 60 minutes, with time for a verbal check in after as well.
